LongMind
LongMind is the name of our research into continuity over longer work. It is not a released ChatNova capability.
The public question is simple: can intelligence stay oriented without becoming intrusive or treating old context as current fact?
The question
Longer work often loses context between sessions. The research asks whether useful continuity can reduce that burden while remaining accurate, relevant, and under clear user control.
Current state
LongMind is not active in ChatNova. This page makes no claim about what is captured, retained, recalled, corrected, or removed today.
The release bar
Before any release, people must be able to understand when continuity is in use, inspect and change what affects later work, turn it off, and see those choices hold over time. The released product must prove those outcomes directly.
What we will publish
When the work is ready, Nova Intelligence will publish the product controls, evaluations, limitations, and release record. Until then, LongMind remains a research direction.
